What is Covered:

This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of Serene Luminaire branded lighting fixtures purchased from authorized retailers, for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase ("Warranty Period").

What is Not Covered:

  • This Warranty does not cover:
    • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, accident, improper installation, improper maintenance, or unauthorized repair.
    • Normal wear and tear, including fading, scratches, or discoloration.
    • Products purchased from unauthorized retailers.
    • Products used for commercial purposes.
    • Damage caused by acts of God, such as power surges, floods, or earthquakes.

Your Remedies:

If a covered defect is discovered during the Warranty Period, Serene Luminaire will, at its sole discretion, either:

  • Replace the defective product with a new or refurbished product of comparable quality.

How to Obtain Warranty Service:

To obtain warranty service, please contact Serene Luminaire customer support within the Warranty Period at You will be required to provide proof of purchase (such as a receipt) and a description of the claimed defect.


  • This Limited Warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty offered by Serene Luminaire and supersedes all other warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
  • Serene Luminaire is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the product, even if Serene Luminaire has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • This Limited Warranty is void if the product is altered, repaired, or serviced by anyone other than an authorized Serene Luminaire service provider.
