The chandelier is stunning and appears to be of good quality. Installing the mounting screws proved challenging for my husband, despite his experience with light fixtures. Additionally, we had to trim the excess cable supporting the fixture after determining the hanging height. A helpful tip: ensure you trim the excess cable length to avoid electrical box issues during installation. Initially, I was hesitant to bend the metal "branches" of the fixture to spread them out, fearing damage, but it wasn't an issue. This chandelier holds a significant number of crystals, approximately 250, so anticipate spending some time hanging them all. Unfortunately, we discovered that several crystals and hangers were missing. Despite receiving no response from Amazon regarding the issue, we contacted the manufacturer listed in the instructions, and they promptly sent us the replacement parts. Overall, we appreciated the excellent customer service from the manufacturer.
