      We employ a number of shipping methods to ensure that your product arrives in a fast and secure manner. Depending on your region and order amount, we may ship via FedEx, UPS, DHL, or another carrier.

      At the time, we are offering free shipping on all orders.

      However, if you require expedited shipment, please contact us for a price. Please keep in mind that the requested expedited delivery expenses are non-refundable.

      The delivery period for expedited shipment may be between 7 and 11 days.

      Your order may be subject to import fees and taxes (including VAT), which are imposed once the package arrives in your destination country. Serene Luminaire is not liable for these charges, which are your responsibility as a client.


      All of our packages are parcel shipments, meaning that your order will arrive in our easy-to-handle boxes—think FedEx or UPS. This also means that you won’t necessarily have to be home to receive them; regardless, you’ll find them delivered right to your doorstep.

      You can track the date of your estimated delivery via the link sent to you in your shipping confirmation email, or you can sign up for text updates from a link in this same email. If you have special delivery requests, please contact us at as soon as you place the order so we can do our best to accommodate accordingly.

    Return & Refunds

    We offer a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a refund. Any refund requests made after the 30-day period will unfortunately not be accepted.

    Our product range is divided into two categories: General and Customized. The eligibility criteria for returns differ based on the category of the product you have ordered.


    • Only the original purchaser can initiate a return.
    • You must return the item to us in order to receive a refund or replacement.
    • Unauthorized returns without prior approval will not be eligible for a refund.

    If you have received a product that does not meet your expectations or no longer suits your needs, you may initiate a return within 30 days of delivery.

    Please note that all returned items must be in brand-new condition, with original tags and packaging intact, uninstalled, unassembled, and unused.

    You will be responsible for all return shipping costs for non-defective items.

    We strongly recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking information. We cannot process refunds for general returns that are lost in transit or fail to reach our facility.

    Additionally, a 15% restocking fee may be deducted from your refund amount. This fee applies to all general returns.


    To qualify for a refund or replacement, your item must be defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival. Eligibility criteria:
